Alabama Branch of the Taoist Tai Chi Society

Developed by Master Moy Lin-Shin, the TAOIST TAI CHI ™ internal art of taijiquan is a low impact exercise designed to enhance health. Join us to learn this ancient Chinese exercise emphasizing relaxation, stretching, health improvement and stress reduction. Enjoy the many benefits of this gentle art.

New Beginner Classes start every four months - however, you may join a class at any time. Follow this link to see our new Winter class schedule.

Classes are currently held in Montgomery, Alexander City, Eclectic, Enterprise, Tuskegee and Wetumpka. Need directions?

2010 Announcements - Mark Your Calendars!


JANUARY EVENTS

  • Saturday, January 23: All usual activities will proceed in Montgomery. There is a Tai Chi Intensive in Tallahassee from 2 - 5 EST. Several folks from Montgomery will drive down for this event - please sign up at the Montgomery Center if you want to carpool.

  • Saturday, January 30: Special Instructor Training Intensive for all current instructors from 2 - 5 pm.

FEBRUARY EVENTS

  • Sunday, February 14 at 6:30 pm: Annual Chinese New Year Banquet at the Montgomery Center.
