The Montgomery Center is located off McGehee Road, across from Montgomery Mall in the LeCroy Shopping Village. This is near the intersection of McGehee Road and the Eastern ByPass.

Alexander City Classes

The Alexander City classes are held in the aerobics room of the Alexander City Health Club which is on the lower level of the Causey Health Education and Arts Building, Central Alabama Community College (Alexander City campus), 1675 Cherokee Road. The Alexander City campus is located on Hwy. 63 North, about 1 mile from Hwy. 280

  • How to find the the Alexander City classes from Montgomery:
    From the bypass in Montgomery:
    Take the exit for Rt. 231 toward Wetumpka. Go 11 miles.
    Bear right onto Rt. 170. Less than 1 mile, cross Rt. 14 and stay on Rt. 170 to the end (another 11 miles.)
    Take a left onto Rt. 63 North.
    Stay on Rt. 63 for about 24 miles, and Central Alabama Community College is on your right. (You go across the Kowaliga bridge - about 9 miles from the turn onto Rt. 63, then you will cross Rt. 280 at the first stop light on Rt. 63, and then Airport Rd. at the second stop light.)
    About ¼ mile from that light, turn right into the campus.
    Then turn right at the stop sign and follow the road around the campus, past the pond on your left, to the parking lot of the Betty Carol Graham Technology Center.
    The Alexander City Health Club is in the building at the far end of the parking lot. The entrance is on the end toward your right as you face the building. The aerobics room is at the back of the work out area and up a short set of stairs. The Health Club manager can assist you in finding the class.

  • How to find the the Alexander City classes from Tuskegee:
    From I-85 South take Rt. 229 exit toward Tallassee.
    Stay on Rt. 229 until it ends, then take a right onto Rt. 63 North.
    Stay on Rt. 63 for about 18 miles, the Central Alabama Community College will be on your right.
    Cross Rt. 280 at the first stop light on Rt. 63 (about 17 miles from Rt. 229) and then Airport Rd. at the second stop light.
