2008 FALL CLASS SCHEDULES

Our Fall classes begin in September. Beginner classes are ongoing, so you can join anytime.

Join us to learn the TAOIST TAI CHI ™ internal art of taijiquan - an ancient Chinese exercise emphasizing relaxation, stretching, health improvement and stress reduction. Enjoy the many benefits of this gentle internal art.
